The Tate Gallery online shop is wonderful. They have a range of ready made prints, but you can also get everything in their collection custom printed to your requirements!

I've always found easyart.com the best. You can choose your canvas/paper and choose different frame types - there's a mock-up as you go along with your chosen print, so you can play around until you like what you see.
