Tell me about your miracle moisturisers

I have combination skin, can be prone to spots but occasional dry patches, plus I have just had a baby. Can you recommend a miracle moisturiser that will make me look glowing. I currently use Neal's Yard stuff which keeps me from break outs but doesn't make me look radiant. Can you recommend something. I don't mind spending a bit of money if I know something is fantastic

I use Suki moisturisers, this in the summer and this in the winter and they sort out the spots in the summer and the dry patches and eczema in the winter.

I really like estee lauder idealist skin refinisher and day wear moisturiser. They really sorted out my skin after having ds2.

I have similar skin and found (after trying many) that Olay total effects was the best and gave a lovely glow.

I've checked out some reviews and the olay stuff seems to be pretty highly rated, so I'm going to give it a go. Thanks for your suggestions.
