Calling all handbag gurus a bag for the aeroplane required!

Last time I travelled by air I used a small black messenger bag by ted baker.

It served its purpose carried the clutter whilst looking after a 2 year old.

I now would like a change something that is ok for in the cabin but something that looks a bit better than a functional bag whilst of course serving its purpose.(a bit of sexy arm candy)

Has to be easy to keep hold of as toddler is now 2.5.

Any suggestions thanks in advance

around £50 but will consider more if the bag will give me lots of use

I flew with my ancient Gap nappy bag (long time since it's seen any nappies). It was great - held my laptop, purse, phone etc., as well as a change of clothes for DD, and our 'liquids bag', and all the other odds and ends we needed.

I'g go have a look in Zara as they have some really nice bags which come in around the 40 - 50 quid mark. Can't find anything on their website as it's a bit cr*p. Other than that I like the Boden big bags this season, but they are 95 quid....I could see myself using them the squashy leather bag for a long time though as it;s quite classic

or you can look at olily.....i have one of their nappy bags and it's very funky...not sure where you can buy them in the UK though....

i think you would have to go a long way to beat a kipling bag. look on ebay/qvc for better prices. many high streets stores stock them too.
