Can anyone help me style my skirts better? i am currently wearing long skirts with a t shirt (slogan or otherwise) and either ankle boots or white trainers. BUT i am short and busty and apple shaped with no bloody waist and it is NOT flattering to my shape. Can anyone of similar shape tell me how they get past this. Thank you!!

What shape/materials do you wear?

I wear a fine but drapey jumper tucked in at the front (look up “french tuck”) - it gives the illusion of a smaller waist and longer legs. Long pleated chiffon print skirt, tights same colour as background, and same colour brogues.

I wear cotton tees, black blazer, skirts are that silky material (polyester?!) pleated.
i wear other stuff it's just this look i am having trouble getting right!

cruellaisback Thank you. Yes i do the french tuck a lot with black skinnies and silk pussy bow blouses. Hadn't thought of a fine knit - do u have an example?

this kind of thing Disclaimer - I don’t actually own this but you get the idea. My preferred sweater was a gift several years ago.
