Can you help find me a dress or skirt please?

I'm 1m76, size 8 tops, 12 trousers.
I've this "fit and flare" dress from Lands End which I like although it's a fair bit shorter on me than the picture shows.

I'd like something:
Knee length
Suitable for autumn weather
No polyester
Elbow length or long sleeved, (at least something to cover shoulders)
Warmer than a summer dress

I don't own any wearable skirts and have no idea what style I should be looking for. They never seem to fit!
