Totally depends on your style. If you want to wear them with 7/8 length tailored trousers or skinny jeans and a blazer then no. On the other hand if you want to wear them with a tie dye skirt or jeans and a bright and baggy t-shirt then go for it! They are on the hippier side of the boot spectrum IYSWIM.
Yes. I tend to think that if your wardrobe/style can accommodate them, they’ll probably work for you.
Objectively though I think they are pretty awful. The sole is mega frumpy and the colour isn’t going to go with much. But if you love them, you should go for it!
