Epilators

Does anyone out there use an epilator. I would really like to try one but don't have a clue which make or type to go for. Can anyone give me there thoughts on what they use and whether they are any good. Thanks very much

i bought one on offer in boots at the moment, the phillips one, i do like it but it hurts. no more than waxing though

I had one once. It gave me the most horrendous in-growing hairs for weeks. Apparently they pluck the hairs out in any old direction and some tend to snap off. I seem to remember I threw it in the bin. Maybe they are better these days tho.
