Hi Does anyone listen to anything to help them calm into a night of good sleep? I have heard there are some apps out there but I have forgotten the ones I was recommended!

Looking for something that is relaxing could be mediation, maybe just sounds I am not sure. I'd love to hear of any that you have used.

thx Flowers

Can really recommend the Headspace App - good luck.

Calm does bedtime stories and meditations. I’m too cheap to pay for it or headspace though so I use Insight Timer, which has thousands of guided meditations for free. I like Glenda Cedarleaf’s bedtime meditations, or just listening to wave sounds. But there are loads of sleep meditations on it.

I don't even have a garden at the moment, but Gardeners' Question Time (radio 4) on very low so I can just hear the words works for me! It's even more soporific if I repeat the same episode night after night.

Have you tried magnesium oil?

Andrew Johnson has a few which I find very calming and sleep inducing.
