Help he find a funky, stylish and flattering autumn dress please?

I am struggling to find a day to day autumn short (but not too short) dress I can wear which isn't too dressy. I get cold very easily so would like something ideally with long sleeves which I can wear with tights and boots or with leather trainers. I am not keen on tunic dresses. What have others brought recently?

There are some gorgeous shirt and wrap dresses around at the moment. I've got a few from Primark and newlook although they're more like midi length. DPs usually do a decent range of skater style dresses.
