Hi everyone,

I've been a bit lazy lately and I want to sort out my life. What useful habits would you like to have in autumn/winter & generally? What s&b plans do you have for this year?

Autumn/winter
-Re-start my retinol/azelaic acid for my skin
-body lotion after every shower
-booked an appointment with my dentist for cleaning
-gym 3 times a week
-face mask once a week

Anyone else? What are you planning to do?Grin

I've been a bit depressed plus very sleepy in the evenings due to meds.

So I need a basic evening routine:

To clean & floss my teeth (yes I'm afraid even that has slipped in the evenings)
To cleanse my face - preferably with my Simple cleanser & toner but face wipes are better than nothing
To remove my eye makeup
To apply hand cream (my hands are getting dry)

If I can achieve that routine then I will add in applying face serum, night cream & eye cream; also foot cream.

@tierraJ I have bipolar so get the whole thing about brushing the teeth slipping but I now find getting into bed clean and smelling nice to be such a comfort for (relatively) little input. If I've done nothing at all all day then brushing my teeth and putting something smelly on ie hand cream makes a big difference.

For me it will be keeping up the teeth whitening strips - have yet to finish a full packet - and keeping my skin moisturised from face to (cracked) heels.
