Anyone know where the jo Malone factory is and if they have a factory shop??

Just as the title says?!
Know it’s UK production so presume somewhere there must be an outlet of their unlabelled wonky wik candles etc 😂

They are owned by Estee Lauder. I know some JM products are produced/packed in a Lauder plant in Hampshire but never heard of an outlet store.
Some high-end brands won't sell seconds in order to protect their exclusive image. I'd be happy to hear otherwise :-)

I recently went to gunwharf quays outlets in Portsmouth and they had a small section in the Cosmetic Company Store (I think that’s the name of the shop, it’s the only one that sells make up/perfume/skincare there).

Half the products were limited/special edition ones and the other half were current ( red roses candles, hazelnut and oak cologne etc) it was about 20-30% off.

Yes I went to that store - it seemed to be selling all the Estee Lauder owned brands as I saw a number of different make up but plumped for two Estee lauder lipsticks.

My friend and plan to go to Portsmouth soon so I hope it is still there.

Some Jo Malone at the Cosmetics Company Store at the York designer outlet too.

Do you like Jo Malone’s own stuff that she has created since she sold Jo Malone? There is a Jo Loves outlet in Bicester outlet I think.

I work on the business estate where the Estee Lauder factory is. I can confirm they have a heavily discounted shop, but it's for staff only. As I work on the same estate, we get invited go go along once a year to go, but it is strictly invite only.

I have a friend who used to work in a store, she's told me that they need to go to one of the Cosmetic Company Stores, and let the staff there know that they work for the brand. The staff then give them access to the collection (along with certain make up brands) to buy at a discount. It's not available to the general public to protect the brand image. Very clever if you ask me!

Never seen a discount store but I do see Jo Malone bits in TK Maxx every so often, online and in store. Not something I buy personally but have definitely seen them!
