Bullocks I am abroad and just singed the top of my hair with my GHD’S

Not sure if my GHD’s are on their way out but had my hair highlighted over a week ago plus been in sun and pool and I’ve singed my hair at the front on too of my head 😱 any advice 😭

Chlorine makes hair crispy, so it could well be that.
How bad is it, and how far up the length is it? TBH my first thought is it’s not going to be easily resolved and if it’s near the end it might be best cut it off (depending on style).

Did you singe all of it or just a section?

Maybe if you post a close up pic we could help more.

Maybe try some oil / serum to smooth it?
Not sure what you can do if it’s properly frazzled though.
