Stylish cashmere to weAr with leather look leggings

I need to up my game I have invested in some leather look ( Spanx) leggings in black and olive and would like some new loose silk shirts and some stylish long cashmere sweaters to wear in the Autumn and winter, I like me and Em for silk shirts but I am I am not having much success with stylish sweaters, can anyone help?

I had a couple of really nice cashmere pieces from Whistles last winter but they were quite speedy. Also Cos has nice cashmere in different styles to the normal crew or polo neck. I think it might still be slightly early though, I’m looking myself but haven’t spotted much yet.

I usually wear boots but I would like a pair of flats shoes maybe t- bar.
Not usually a Clarke's fan but these were very soft something about the style is not quite right maybe the ankle strap is too high, does anyone wear flat shoes with Spanx leggings? Preferably not Ballet flats.
