Can you find me a dress to wear to a family party?

It's my aunties milestone birthday in October and we've been invited to go to her local church service first then lunch at a posh restaurant so I wanted a dress that's versatile enough for both.
We aren't regular church goers so I'm not really sure what to wear?
I'm hourglass size 12, I feel most comfortable in fit and flare type dresses that go in at my waist and skim my hips.
Preferably knee length/midi, high neck, short or 3/4 length sleeve?
I'm pale so look best in bold colours/prints/navy etc.
Open to something completely different as I am in a bit of style rut.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I think I'd go for a belted shirt dress or a wrap dress.

I really like the pattern of the 2nd one but not sure I'm brave enough as it looks very retro and I don't have the right image hmm

I wouldn't worry too much about the church aspect of it - unless it's very high church. You could always wear a cardigan or jacket if you were particularly worried.

Less shiny leopard

I really love that but its a bit of a low neckline - do you think it would look silly with a black strappy vest underneath?

I wouldn’t put a slip under that neckline myself but if that’s what makes you feel comfortable. That neckline is a standard wrap over neckline and would be fine for church.
