Broken out in spots all over my face - please help!

I'm in my 20s and usually have pretty good skin and always have done, only ever having the odd spot and the odd brief period of crappy skin.

I woke up yesterday and realised that my 1 spot has turned into a lot of spots, my skin texture seems off and it just doesn't look good.

I exfoliated yesterday and slathered myself in Sudocrem before bed which seems to have helped a little bit, but I have an event I've been looking forward to for ages tomorrow and now have to battle a spotty face :(

I'm under no illusion that it's unlikely I'll get my clear skin back by tomorrow, but does anyone have any tips that can help it look at least a little bit better and less red, please?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you @beautifullymixed! I think I’ll give the soothing cream a try. I notice they have a cica cream too - have you tried that?

Heading to boots this morning! Have ugly red lumps on my cheeks and a few spots on chin and forehead. Think sugary drinks and sun are to blame. Excited to try the Baume x

It's currently £6.63 on Amazon with free delivery, thanks for the tip, I've just ordered some!

I am a total convert to the LRP cicaplast baume - thank you so much to those who recommended it!! I use it as a night cream (with Embryolisse in the mornings) and it’s made a real difference to the texture of my skin very quickly, and hasn’t broken me out. It does seem to leave a very slight white cast at first, hence using it as a night cream. I love LRP anyway but this has replaced Effaclar Duo+ and Toleriane Fluide as my favourite product from their ranges.

The weirdest thing happened - received a text saying parcel from The Hut Group was due to arrive yesterday, wracked my brains wondering what I'd ordered from Feel.Unique or Look Fantastic. The parcel arrived and it was this cream! Packaged like normal LF order but I didn't order it from there, i ordered it from Amazon and that is saying it's on it's way! Ive no emails to say ive ordered it elsewhere, it's really odd!
Anyway, tried it last night and my face felt lovely, so will see if i notice a difference after a few nights.

How strange, lotus! I ordered mine from Amazon (100ml) and it just came as a normal Amazon order.

@Laquila, mystery solved. Just checked my Amazon orders and it says order delivered Wednesday, so it was the one I ordered. Still baffled as to the Hut Group but as the seller was called Globoshop. Anyway, I'm.not getting two but its good stuff!
