I've just started using Liz Earle due to recommendations on Mumsnet. Does anybody use anything other than Liz Earle that you would recommend?

Try it, Stress. I have never used a cleansing or toning product that has felt so immediately good. Honey is a natural antiseptic, so it draws out the black-heads ... and it also closes the pores.

I should say, it closes my pores, 'cos we're all different. I didn't have a problem with open pores until I reached my forties, and honey is the best thing for me.

My skin always feels really soft afterwards. Just whack it on and leave it for a bit. It come off straight away .. you don't have to scrub.

I also use a honey and sugar mix as a facial/body scrub every now and again. It works just as well as anything you can buy (at a cost) in a tube.

eve lom is great but even better is dermatologica's daily microfoliant.
The new all in one (cleanse/tone/moisturize) clarins lotion is fantastic too and so easy to use

Second use of honey.
Use it as face mask mixed with wheat germ oil (or moroccan argan oil, rare but packed with anti oxydants)
Also use it as base for body scrub mixed with olive oil and coarse bran.

A second vote for dermalogica special cleansing gel. I used to go for dermalogica facials pre babies and this sorted out my skin and left it feeling soft and really clean and clear. You only need a tiny bit so it lasts for ages which justifies the price imo.
