Looking for waterproof mascara for the beach and swimming, yet is easy to take off

Does such a thing exist? Do those tubing ones resist to dips in the sea?

I'm not sure a waterproof mascara exists that is easy to take off, but I do like the tubing ones. I think Blinc is the original but Boots No 7 has one too.
