Pls find me those Loose cotton Jersey sack dresses

I am after some loose fitting cotton jersey dresses, the ones that are slightly cocoon shaped. I don't mind on the sleeve can be any summer length so cap, short sleeve, elbow. I can't think of the actual name so my google searching is not very fruitful. They are usually one size, but I'm a tall 12/14 if that's relevant.

I've found a few on amazon/ eBay, but wary on China buys as I'm tall and the amazon ones the reviews are pretty poor. Any recommendations for online? Or any real world high street type leads would be great too !

They are called cocoon dresses,but I've just had a search and the choice is pretty limited. There was a nice pinafore type one in Next,by Fat Face.

EBay is your friend. Try also lagenlook style in the search.

Try Elsie's attic? I think they had similar shapes on there...

Kit and Kaboodal have lots of similar dresses....might be worth a look.

If you're anywhere near Cheshire, I can tell you about 15 different boutiques full of em. It's all I can see in the shops right now and I don't like em on me!

Hush Ivy dress is the right shape for you but if you are tall you'd probably want to wear leggings with them. They have other loose dresses so worth a look through.

I've bought a couple from ebay which were fine but they were knee length on me and I'm short so might not be ideal for me.

Wish has some they are ankle length on me I'm 5'4?

@whiskyremorse I was a bit scared to look at Hush due to the prices. I think the Ivy dress will be too short for me.

Probably the lagenlook eBay / kit ones are more near the mark, just worried about the fabric quality, don't want it being see through on my bum, just want it as a dress not with leggings

Was going to say Elsie's Attic too. Just seen an advert on Facebook this morning and thought 'they could be a good length for me' as I'm tall too.

Sorry for the long link! Also have some in linen which are nice (search Italian linen lagenlook and they will come up).

All the ones I have seen are made from linen not cotton jersey. A lot of the independent clothes shops near me stock them, but they are all one size and swamp me.

(IMO "one" size is a perfect fit if you are a size 16)

They're also called parachute dresses and tulip dresses. I've bought one from amazon after looking at that exact picture you posted. I love it and it's so easy to wear.

Marla Wynne on QVC - there's at least 3 'balloon dresses' (not the most flattering name but I think shes from the USA so they might call it that )

Saw one today in the Fat face sale.

M&S do a cotton t-shirt dress, but it comes up huge and isn't cut very well. It was a disaster on me, annoyingly.

Roman originals had some in when I last looked

The lagenlook ones you find on eBay tend to be reasonable quality and often that Made In Italy brand rather than coming from China.
Many are the same as the ones that Kit and Kaboodle sell bit cheaper.
