“Sexy” outfit for Love Island Reunion

So I have got tickets for the Love Island Aftersun Reunion. The ticket says the dress code is “...hot, sexy, SEXY!” and says to dress as the islanders would on an evening.

I still feel a bit thick around the middle since having a baby six months ago and generally don’t feel comfortable in fitted stuff. I’m on in jeans and a baggy too or a loose fitting dress. I was a size 8 but am now closer to a 10. I’m 5’4 and early 30s.

What would you wear!??

Would you consider a jumpsuit ?

If it was a one off special occasion like this and I was a size ten I'd probably wear Spanx and a mini dress.

I haven't watched Love Island but obviously I've heard about it and this sounds like a great invitation.

Spanx and go on PLT to find an outfit. I may or may not be a regular customer. PLT rarely fail me :))

I'd put on Spanx and then bodycon. I know bodycon is considered passé by some and not very high fashion, but this is love island - you'll look fab and fit right in. Try Boohoo, Misguided or PLT.

Or if you want looser fitting, what about a floaty tea dress like this? Or maybe one with a more plunging neckline, if you want to make it sexier. ASOS will be good for that.

I am now not sure whether to go to the show as, having read the tickets, it says they oversubscribe the tickets and entry is not guaranteed. I live near Manchester and would be travelling to London for the show so it’s a long way to travel and book accommodation when there’s a chance of not getting in 🙄

What? That's outrageous - maybe arrange some other stuff to do anyway, so it's not a wasted journey if you don't get in? I live in London and can recommend plenty :)

The thing is I just don’t think it will work as I don’t want to queue for hours, which is what I’d need to do to get in, I think. I thought if we had a ticket we could just go, maybe a bit earlier, but I don’t know how early we’d need to go to get in. So if I’m just going to London to do other things I may as well go when it suits me. Happy to take your recommendations though @momo01 and I’m on ASOS now as I like that dress you linked
