Yes God, I agree.

MaryAnnSingleton · 31/07/2007 19:20

they are vile - I don't know why but they are - like Australian rules football players tops - yuck.

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 31/07/2007 19:20

Oh I mean Cod. Arf!

KTeePee · 31/07/2007 19:22

This reminds me of when I worked in a restaurant in the US when I was a student - there was a policy that men could not wear sleeveless shirts but women could - God I hated having to enforce that - there was no real way to explain the logic without being offensive

EricGallagher · 31/07/2007 19:22

The men who wear them have always got tattoos. And earrings.

And drinkning a can of stella.

And wearing trainers with traniers socks and 3/4 tracksuit bottoms.

always

Gobbledigook · 31/07/2007 19:22

Eek, ds3 has a quicksilver one that is quite cute.

Anyway - get on my 'BBQ that is not a BBQ thread' and help me. Am crap at sorting food for 'functions'

MegaLegs · 31/07/2007 19:23

I agree - someone brougt DS3 some for his birthday - I whisked them away.

TheQueenOfQuotes · 31/07/2007 19:25

No, don't like them! Ds had never had any, and never will.

It is too much of a 'hard man' look, which is wrong on grown men and awful on little boys.

TheQueenOfQuotes · 31/07/2007 19:26

ahh well you wouldn't like their wardrobe - got loads of sleeveless ones.....

MaryAnnSingleton · 31/07/2007 19:27

queenofquotes - your ds would look beautiful in anything !

meandmyflyingmachine · 31/07/2007 19:27

I'm really not keen, but ds saw one in H&M that had a photo of a lion on it, and animals are his big thing. I make him wear a shirt open over the top ...

TheQueenOfQuotes · 31/07/2007 19:28

oh and actually thinking about it - DS3 has a couple of all-in-one things which are sleeveless too !

quadrophenia · 31/07/2007 19:28

my mil has a habit of buying these for the kids, have taken a few back to the shop, but generally I just lose them in the wardrobe.

I have never seen a man look remotely attractive in one

MaryAnnSingleton · 31/07/2007 19:28

mrsbadger - any male (except a baby) without a top on in the street/shops/public is vile - ok on a beach or swimming of course.

TheQueenOfQuotes · 31/07/2007 19:28

ahh you've never seen my DH in one obviously then quad

MaryAnnSingleton · 31/07/2007 19:29

ok - how about men in cap sleeves ?

BBBee · 31/07/2007 19:30

and hair gel
