swimsuits for a terrible figure

I can’t getaway from having to spend a lot of time in a swimsuit in these summer holidays we have booked. I can’t even swim, but neither can my youngest so will just be wallowing in the shallow end with the youngest whilst the rest wander on with their dad. I have the most horrible figure after 4 kids. I realise no-one is looking at me, but without CBT that thought is not escaping me for me this holiday!!

So practically I have a 36-FF bust an, enormous waist, no muscle tone, cellulite, pale as a ghost and just overall an ugly creature to see and I feel drained. I am not asking for pump me ups, I am resigned, but I am looking for practical advice for a swimsuit.

So I have been looking online and obviouslyy aside from wearing a wetsuit does anyone have suggestions. Firstly colour? for pasty skin, secondly it’s a full swimsuit I think I need? I’ll attach a pic of what I think. I quite like the idea of the swimgear shortie type think (to cover cellulite ass cheeks) like 50’s style, but I can’t find any and I have NO fashion sense. I am about a size 14-16 UK.

Pic no 1 - don’t want to stand out, would this be high on the legs though?
Pic no 2 - would this be helpful in splitting the body?

Any suggestions helpful.

Larger lady here, I bought a few swim dresses half price from bonmarche. Have had loads of compliments, they have a bit of tummy control, are well made.

I'm a size 18/20 with a vile midriff and big boobs.

Have a look at Swimwear360. Last year I wore a 'blouson' type tankini set which I was comfortable in. This year I'm wearing a long tankini set. The long tankini vest just skims the tops of my thighs giving it a 50's vibe.

Pale isn't ugly. It's glorious, creamy skin. Less wrinkles, less sun damage. Nothing will make you look darker except white which never works for swimwear. Agree with a colour that makes you smile. Love the yellow and blue one.

Id go for a ruched tankini if poss. I had one (accidentally bought a maternity one) and it was v flattering. The ruching disguised my perceived irregularities and the division of pieces stops you feeling like your arse is on Broadway.mine was M&S but a long time ago.
