Seeking a semi-permenant dye to cover a little bit of grey in naturally blonde hair. Any recommendations please?

I don't have very much grey at all and it isn't hugely noticeable in most of my hair. But the problem I mainly want to address is the white hair that frames my face. I have quite pale skin, and my eyebrows have become very sparse and are quite light coloured. So I feel like my features are losing focus, iyswim? Sort of fading away! I never wear make-up (and I'm not about to start) but I would like to restore the colour to the hair around my face to give a bit more definition.

I occasionally use a tinted mousse that a friend gave me but it only lasts until I wash my hair and also leaves it a bit sticky so ideally I would prefer something I can brush in to some very specific areas that will last for a few washes. I went into Superdrug today and asked for advice but they didn't have any such thing and didn't seem to think it existed. Find that a bit hard to believe as it seems like a straightforward request - what do you think? Does such a product exist? I don't want to dye all of my hair. I don't want to buy a whole-head kit and only use a tiny amount and chuck the rest away. I want to match my natural colour (medium golden blonde I think!).

Have recently discovered that my hairline has started to recede (possibly due to the effects of chemo many years ago, I don't know) and this has upset me and really knocked my confidence so want to do something to make me feel a bit better. Any help very gratefully received!
