That was t meant to be split, stupid MN glitch again.

Eyes are hazel colour and currently using a No. 7 pencil in brown.

I think there's a better colour for me and I'm also fed up of the pencil having sharp bits no matter how many times I sharpen it smooth.

Dark green. I use liquid liner pencil is painful for me.

I use mushroom, taupe, mauve, olive green, brown and a sort of goldy brown.

Most of mine are from Urban Decay but I have some Stila and Bobbi Brown as well.

The mauve isn’t actually mauve, really...not sure what colour to call it...

I also have burgundy and a sparkly black.

Purple would look great on you.

Thank you everyone, great ideas. I don't think I could use a liquid liner without making a mess . I'm limited to the shops but I'm not loyal to No 7. My easiest shops for make up are Boots, Superdrug, M & S, The Body Shop, Sainsbury's and TKMaxx.

I also think I should get a concealer for those mornings when I'm shattered so any ideas for that would be appreciated too. Thank you.

M&S is good, their own make up is great, better than a lot that’s out there, also not tested on animals, and you can also buy other brands there.

I always love how blue and purple look with hazel eyes. Dark green is good too and is less bold.

Have you tried gel pencils? I don't use anything else. Maybelline are good, and Kiko Milano. Generally don't need sharpening (twist them up), softer than a pencil and very long lasting. You need a proper oil-based makeup remover to get them off though

I have hazel eyes and my go-to is a bronze/gold type shade. Urban decay pencils are nice and soft but if you can get to a mac counter they are my favourite. You can also try softening the pencil for a couple of secs with hairdryer before you apply.

If you can try an Urban Decay one I think you really ought to - I love them. They’re my favourite - so soft, highly pigmented and most importantly, they don’t budge! They are on the more expensive side compared to no7 but there are often deals for % off.

I usually shop for it online at Debenhams or on UD’s own site. The colour representation is pretty good.

Marc Jacobs' highliners are the shizz.

I’ve valiantly resisted trying MJ lipsticks and eyeliners because I DO NOT want to have to spend on them! 😀

I tend to go for brown too, although I have a couple green in dark and a brighter shade.

Oh I have a midnight blue, too!

I have Hazel eyes and I like a darkish grey.

Try Mac's eye kohl in either costa riche or teddy, both are beautiful (costa in particular for me) and would make hazel eyes pop. Mac's website does free delivery too x
