Does anyone have Birkenstock Eva’s? The beach ones

I fancy some for a holiday but wondering if they’re very sweaty and or rub given that they’re made of plastic. I’d get the Arizona style I think

I have the Gizeh in white. Love them! Not quite as hard a foot bed as the cork soles but still better than normal flip flops but look like good ole Birkies!

I have Arizona ones in a silvery grey colour. Love them. Incredibly lightweight, comfortable and good for paddling in the sea (if it's rough or stoney).

I have 2 pairs of the Gizeh eva. I love them, comfy and very hard wearing. One pair are last years' and still going strong.

I have 2 pairs Arizona for beach/pool. I love Birkentocks and have 6 pairs. Waterproof are ok but yes are sweaty. Foot bed soft and I would not use them in the sea as you would slide about in them. Doesn't give much support but look better than flip flops. Not the best in my opinion. I don't use them on sand...mainly just by pool area.

Don't get them just before holiday and expect to be able to wear them straight away! You need I factor in wearing-in time. They are generally not comfortable straight away.

It's worth it in the end though!

The eva beach birkies don't need wearing in. They are very light and easy to.wear.straight away. All the other styles of Birkenstocks may need breaking in.
