Forgot to loose a stone for my holidays in 16 days....any ideas

As above really. Holiday suddenly around the corner and the scales aren’t my friend. Short of contracting some sort of explosive vomiting bug, I’m think I’m stuffed.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how I can look as best I can in 16 days?

Google James Duncan diet. It's not healthy to do it for more than a week but it's not just weight loss that comes from water loss. Weight stayed off (until I started eating too muchagain).

A strict low-carb diet (see the excellent Boot Camp threads on this site) should see you losing at least half a stone. Good luck 😊

A very low calorie diet could shift a stone in a fortnight. Exante is 600 calories worth of their products every day and gives good results.

I'm also off in 16 days! I started at the beginning of last week and am already noticing a difference, especially around my waist.

A combination of 16:8 fasting, low carb and clean eating.

Basically skip breakfast, salad and lean meat/fish for lunch, a piece of fruit as a snack, then salad or veg and more meat/fish for dinner. After the first couple of days my hunger and cravings settled and it's easy to do.

I just had a look at the James Duncan diet. It looks just very similar to the 1970s The Complete Scarsdale Medical diet. The book is still available on Amazon. It works!

Try some Lucy Wyndham Read workouts too. All free on You Tube. Some short ones on Instagram too.

Just 7 minutes, I’ve found them easy to fit in with daily life and will help to tone up any wobbly bits.
