My mum said i was 'letting it all hang out' and now im wondering if holding your stomach in all day long actually has any permanent effect? I mean do the muscles get toned up and result in a flatter stomach eventually, is there any point or shall i just go on letting it all hang out? [my stomach is still somewhat flatter than some of the ones you see on young girls who havent even had any kids tho....preen....]

I hate low waisters and I'm lucky enough tnot to have a baggy belly. Where the heck please tell me can you buy good old high waisters coz I'm fed up howking my breeks up every 20 seconds and it's so bloody uncomfortable.

I can't hold my stomach in - I get bored and forget what I'm supposed to be doing. And I'm too scared to try and tone it 'cos my CS scar hurts sometimes.
