I need a moisturiser and would prefer one that smells gorgeous. Can't get out to shops just now so it needs to be bought online. Any suggestions please? :)

If you mean body moisturiser then &other stories Perle de Coco is AMAZING. My skin is in the best condition its been in all my life, just because I love the smell so much!

Korres Wild Rose smells the best.

Korres everything really.

It doesn't any more luggageandbags Sad
They messed around with the sleeping facial formula and it doesn't have the pronounced rose smell any more. The day cream has a slightly rancid smell.

Tapas that is so disappointing. I haven't used it in a while as funds would never stretch, I would have been pretty annoyed to find it's not the same as it used to be....

I love this forum - you all know so much and I learn about brands and items that I never heard of before. Thank you all who take time to respond xx

I came on to say the clarins restorative day cream, it really lifts your spirits when you use it. Reminds me of yves rocher face creams, they weren’t super expensive but they always smelt amazing

I find the aldi creams a bit over scented tbh, they are excellent though in function

sherbetstraws · 09/07/2019 18:20

Clarins stuff usually smells gorgeous..

Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille body souffle. It lasts incredibly well and the effect is like wearing perfume.

ferretface · 09/07/2019 18:37

.... obviously more for body than for face though!

For face I also like the clarins one that others have recommended.

sherbetstraws · 09/07/2019 20:02

Ok thanks everybody. I'm going up to town tomorrow and will try and get a sample of Clarins.

Once I was sitting on a train and the woman next to me pulled a pot of moisturiser out of her bag and opened it. It smelled so divine I asked her what it was and went and bought some myself. It was Lancôme Hydrazen. (Though sadly my skin started reacting to it after a while so I stopped using it. Just a really luxurious, expensive face cream smell. Wish I could still use it.

Oh my god I forgot about Lancome.. I had something of theirs years ago and kept the empty jar for ages just to sniff :) :)
