I don't want to spend £28 on Charlotte Tilbury...

So I'm really loving the look of the new Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips collection, especially the 'Dancefloor Princess' and 'In Love with Olivia' shades' but I cannot justify £28 for a lipstick. They look so lovely and hydrating and I tend to have dry lips so have to steer clear from anything matte.

Does anyone have any ideas for some nice affordable dupes for her lipsticks?

My top tip is try it on in store & then go outside, look in a mirror & also take a photo of yourself.

Some of the kiko stuff is lovely-their eyeliners are as good as my beloved Bobbi Brown

I just took delivery of Red Hot Susan, which is not red hot at all, more a horrible browny colour. Gutted! Hopefully I will be able to switch out another CT lipstick and use the case?

OP just a word of warning, every CT lipstick I've had has had terrible staying power. They're beautiful and very hydrating but they just need reapplying so often.

I'd highly recommend the Tom ford ones which may seem like a huge splurge but they're only about £7 more expensive and last so much better.

You know you can return makeup products @Judystilldreamsofhorses, even if you've tried them out. If you have a CT counter nearby then you'll be able to see all the colours in real life.

I ordered it from Feel Unique, pinkyyy, and the nearest counter is two and a half hours away. I think this needs to be chalked up. I am generally an excellent blind buyer of red lipsticks, so I don’t know what went so wrong!

2nd Tom Ford for better quality. Don't rate CT that much
