caged/sheer squares on hem black skirt - where is it?

I've seen a few people (someone who works at the Burberry office near my workplace!) and elsewhere wearing a sort of caged black (like squares) skirt.

Not squares - but the caged is on the bottom half I think. The caged is more semi sheer squares.

I've seen them on people but no idea what to look for in the shops, google is no help. please help me find this skirt!

I've tried googling but not coming up with anything current. You might have to ask the person the works in Burberry
