What do you wear if you have a big stomach?

I’m fed up. I’ve worked really hard since having DC4 a couple of years ago, but my stomach won’t shrink. I still look pregnant. Everything I wear is so unflattering. I used to live in high waist jeans with t shirts tucked in, now they look horrendous. I’ve got small boobs as well (32FF according to BoB but they are actually tiny) I can’t seem to find a decent bra anywhere.

I’m 32 and I just feel so bloody grim all the time.

Empire line dresses and tops are good. Are you apple shaped? Google clothes for apple shape and go shopping and try everything in that shape on

Oh god, not empire line! I am an apple shape with a big, fat tum and empire line only accentuates it.
Longer, thigh length tops that flare at the bottom balance things out and disguise the fat bits, especially if you have good legs.

This type hangs well over larger tum, pair with longer cardi it makes you look slimmer

Everything points to Empire if you're an apple...works for me! Do pinterest and check what shape you are and go from there with clothes shopping. Worth a try even if it doesn't work for all x

Is it fat? What happens when you clench your tummy muscles?

Yes agree with PP-are you sure your stomach muscles have gone back together?

I wear pencil dresses which have a sarong style at the front kinda hides the belly. I will get some examples.

Watching with interest @Ghost as I'm an apple shape (still pregnant looking shape) and I just do not know how to dress myself anymore

If you suck in your muscles and have a gentle feel - if there seem to be gals then the muscles may not have pulled back in post pregnancy.

Or if you suck in and can feel fat on top of the muscles - then it’s just (just!) a case of dieting and exercise.
