Cheaper alternatives to Benefit Bad Gal Bang mascara & Precisely my Brow pencil

Going on maternity leave so money is tight! I’m looking to swap out my pricey favourites for something cheaper but equally as good.

I really love the volume I get from Bad Gal Bang, haven’t found anything quite as good but hoping you have some suggestions.

Also love the precision of the teeny tiny pencil of Precisely My Brow - and the fact it’s a roll up nib, not a pencil you have to sharpen. Also like having the spooly brush on the other end but this doesn’t matter as much as can always use a separate one - just hand to have double ended.

My current fave mascara for a bit of oomph is the L'Oreal Manga lash. I have tried quite a few high street mascaras and this one works best for me. I don't know if it's as good as the Benefit one (I've not used Bad Gal bang but my favourite ever mascara is their Roller Lash) but it's ok and a lot cheaper.

My favourite mascara is benefit roller lash. However, I do really rate the original maybelline one with the pink tube and green lid.

I also use precisely my brow pencil, and it is very good, I'm not sure there's anything similar for cheaper. There was a good nyx one for half the price that I used to use, but was discontinued the other nyx ones dont compare.
What I sometimes use instead of pencil, is a small, stiff flat makeup brush with some brown eyeshadow. You could, in theory, buy a cheap eyeshadow from a cheap range (natural collection in boots do some cheap matte ones) if you're handy with brushes?

If you like Roller Lash I expect you'll love Bad Gal Bang - sorry thats not helpful in terms of a cheaper alternative!!

I used to use Roller Lash then tried the Bad Gal Bang when it came out as there was so much hype around it, and now I cant find anything that compares!!

I use roller lash. I dropped down to a cheaper one whennir ran out god I noticed the difference . The benefit ones last a lot longer I'm not sure cheaper is an economy

I'm always on a mission to find the Holy Grail of mascaras. I use BGB and Two Faced Better than Sex. I've tried yet another Avon mascara recently and it's not too bad, but I also like Maybelline mascara. Drama Eyes (?) is my preference (purple case).

@nevernotstruggling I feel the same, it’s so hard to move away from them, they’re so good. I’d really recommend BGB if you like Rollerlash

Nyx worth the hype is benefit dupe

Better than Sex is a fuller mascara iykwim. It's got a waisted brush rather than a plastic, hard wand. I prefer it to BGB as my lashes are sparse.

W7 does some dupes, I got one that was very like They're Real (the actual packaging was near identical).

DD likes the Too Faced BTS , her holy grail (but I buy it for her so she's not worried by the £19 price tag........though online DEbenhams shows a 15% off)

Try soap and glory’s archery 2-in-1 brow pencil and brush, it sounds like it would be a great alternative to what you use now. I swear by it and have used it for probably 4 years or more now (not the same pencil, they’re not quite that good )
