Soft feet

I'm not sure this is in the right place ... but here we go.

On holiday this week, I've discovered my FIL has the oddest, softest, baby like feet. (I saw them at the pool, nothing weird, ok?).

I'm too embarrassed to ask him. So I'm asking you.

If you have super soft feet, what's your routine?

I've had hard bits at the base of my big and little toes for as long as I remember. And my heels haven't been soft either. I thought everyone was the same ...

I can't completely get rid of calluses even with Newton's and Flexitol which are supposed to be the most effective.

Getting the skin less dry and flaky just requires some thick cream of some kind slathered on at night and put socks on to bed.

There's a genetic component, combined with sensible shoes and socks made from natural materials. Some of the conditions that affect feet are more common in women.

The cure is 25% urea, use flexitol heel balm or CCS every day. I had painful bleeding cracked heels, now they are perfectly presentable.

My feet are soft now that I no longer have an on-my-feet-all-day job and I have a 20 minute bath every morning so they get a good soak.

@WelshMoth I'm pretty sure it was Media by Kanebo. It was sold in 7-Eleven or Family Mart. Cheap and amazing. Well, I found it amazing!

WelshMoth · 31/05/2019 07:38

Thanks Buster.

I tried to find a photo on google but couldn't, it's basically from the Kanebo brand but the cheaper lane in the 24 hour shops.

Important to ensure shoes fit when you buy them.
They either fit or they don't, It 's a fallacy to believe you can wear them in.

I have soft feet normally but if I wear sandals or flip flops or shoes without socks for one day my feet instantly get dry and hard so I usually wear socks and shoes

flexitol. i thought nothing would repair my trotters. flexitol is amazing.

MerryDeath · 23/12/2019 16:25

flexitol also contains urea no need to go to japan.
