Does anyone else use the Treatwell app? All of their emails (appointment confirmations etc) start with a big title 'Having a bad hair day?' It irritates me every time. Such sloppy, poor comms/marketing.
Where do they get the idea that negative language is enticing? They can't they fathom that people might book hair, nails, wax appointments.. just because. No reason required.
Do they send mails to men saying 'Having a bad beard day? Or Itchy scrotum day, need a wax?' I think not.
