What shoes to wear in the office in summer

I returned to work recently after years as a sahm. This will be my first summer in my new job. The dress code is smart but not suits. Have some nice dresses but don't know what shoes to wear to feel work appropriate. Would like mid or low heel block heel pumps but can't find any. R&B don't have any.

Have you tried Clark's? They had some lovely sandals when i was in yesterday - low heel, wedges but smart and most importantly - comfortable! I went back to work last Oct after my first baby- and with the sprints to make nursery pick ups i don't buy any shoes unless they are comfortable!

Try the John Lewis website - you can filter by heel height and type, there are loads. Mostly suede so not the most practical but 1/3 price of R+B.
