if you do it for long enough irritation WILL go down as will go numb

BUT if its an allergic rash only time and / or antihistamines will do it

Katymac · 19/07/2007 21:31

It doesn't feel like allergy - but I popped a piriton straight after in case (I do have lots of allergies- last one was to Johnson's Summer skin.........)

Bummer
very very sore

acqueous is fine, its just base moisyturiser- I used to use it with my eczma

It may be that there is residue on the skin though- veet can cling as it is oily based- and that may be the issue. have you got any of those first aid alcohol wipes? {disclaimer: it may well sting like aftershave BUT that in itself may do the job, as its a quick sting immediate relief scenario)

Katymac · 20/07/2007 12:46

Still quite sore - won't be doing that again
