12 weeks to 18 weeks...will I fit in this dress??

First time pregnancy here and a little oblivious about what my body will look like in 6 weeks time. Long story short, I am usually a size 8 but bought a size 10 dress for an anniversary party I have in six weeks time (silly, I should have waited I know but it was the last one and I liked it).
2 questions:

  1. What are the chances of me fitting into it comfortably by then? I know this is probably subjective, but what have been your experiences?
  2. I usually don't wear a bra with this kind of look, but god knows my breasts are looking a little different now and will look differently then! Any recommendations?

Thank you

It'll probably be fit but it just might not be the right shape for you at that stage... I definitely found that with a smallish bump more form fitting things that accentuated it looked so much better than trying to cover it with voluminous skirts etc. Your boobs shouldn't get much bigger to be honest in the next six weeks, unless you put on a lot of weight, which could happen and isn't something to worry about while pregnant!

It depends how much weight you put in your first trimester and how you carry, so I'd probably wait until nearer the time and see what looks good, as it's really hard to know in advance.

You may have no bump at all at that stage of a first pregnancy, or you could look like you're having triplets. That dress looks quite adaptable and it's beautiful.

Thanks! The shape is definitely something I'd wear normally anyway, so hopefully it'll look ok with or without a bump! Hopefully it'll be adjustable enough for me to get away with it. Thank you guys for your input :)
