Coast clothing - I am about to order online, what is the sizing like?

Ive always found it bigger ie when I was a 12- i could easily get into a 10

I am fairly confident on the trouser sizing as I have some already (which I can't quite get into )

According to their size chart I need an 18 top which is a tad depressing
