I am 50 and have long dark hair, all 1 length with a fringe. The grey comes back through quicker than i can keep on top of with colourants. I would really appreciate some ideas for a new hair style and am also wondering if a different colour may be better. Lighter so the grey doesn't show so much? Highlights, lowlights? I've had the same style for so long and really feel in need of a change but not sure Confused

In all seriousness, make an appointment with the best and most expensive hairdresser you can reach within 50 miles for a cut and colour job. Be ready to spend £150. And take their advice. Google their reviews before the appointment. There really IS a reason that hairdressers have celebrity clients. They can cut brilliantly and they see faces in 3D; most hairdressers don't.
