My headmistress told us that naice gels never go out without their legs covered. My friend reckons the royals go bare. Which is it?

Pretty sure they wear clear tights? I remember Meghan broke one of the 'rules' by going bare legged .

You can get 5-10 dernier tights too - which are probably more suitable if you aren’t white or need less coverage. Really delicate though.

Tights for all formal and public occasions - though they might be the sheer nude barely-there ones.

You might catch one without if they're doing something sporty, but I think that's the only exception
