Is pillow talk worth it?

Thanks to you knowledgeable mumsnetters I finally built a collection of 5/6 Mac lipsticks that I like an go well with my pale, cool skin tone.
The best are probably Myrrh, Patisserie and Modesty. Velvet Teddy is a bit maybe maybe not.

I was thinking about trying Pillow Talk by CT (mainly because it looks lush and I am a sucker for shiny things). But is it more on the orange / brown like Velvet Teddy? I think more blue/ pink suits me better

Thank you!

It's horrid stuff.

Rimmel quality at designer prices.

Quite honestly the worst money I've ever spent, and the mascara and lipstick went in the bin. I did complain and both were replaced in fairness, but were absolutely no better. I think it's a marketing triumph that the brand has got as far as it has.... and CT having paid celeb friends.

@JaneEyre07 I suspected this but I am a dream for marketing companies 😂
Luckily I have mumsnet to show me the way

@windysowindy in response to does the Mac lipgloss last, yes I think so. I've not used lipsticks in years but I find the colour pigments very rich and last ages.
