Jeans when your tum and legs don’t quite match up...

Help. I need some new jeans. I am 9 months port Partum with my second section in 3 years and let just say my stomach isn’t what it once was sob
Anyway. I find that anything which fits around my tummy is baggy on my legs if I stray away from jeggings which I need to because I’m not 17 and also I’m having to do that bloody wriggle dance to pull them up all the flipping time.
Anyone got any good recommendations? Or at least help with what I should be looking for on the label so that they don’t look like jean jogging bottoms within a few hours of wear. I’m looking at you next relaxed skinnies!

I am a similar shape and like skinny jeans which aren't ridiculously skinny around the ankle. I find this the most flattering shape for wearing with all types of footwear.

My current favourites are Levi 311 which are a great shape, have stretch and do wonders for my stomach area (had over 20llbs of babies in less than 2 years by section so feel your pain). You can get them from Costco for about £30 (if you are lucky enough to find your size) otherwise they are maybe around £50-60 elsewhere but a great buy.

Good luck!

I'm a similar shape, I find Matalan jeans a good fit (skinny ones), as they are quite stretchy

Perfect! Thank you I shall go and investigate.

Maine in Debenhams have jeggins that look like normal jeans, have pockets, but have a fully elasticated leggings type waist.

I fit into my first pair of 'jeans' from H&M the other day - it's a novelty to have a zip and button and they still have the good stretch that jeggings do.

Uniqlo ultra stretch jeans are great for this but they are long at 32 inches

I have quite long legs actually so will look at uniqlo too
