Got this yesterday. It's not normally something I'd wear but I love leopard print. Is it too loud? Will I stick out like a sore thumb in the playground? 😬🤦🏻‍♀️

Opinions on this jacket please

Good God no, it's hideous.

dontgobaconmyheart · 06/05/2019 00:41

I love a bit of leopard print (thought I think it's on it's way out again) but something about it just isn't right OP sorry- I was surprised when you updated to say that it was from river island, I really was. I don't think it looks great on the model even.

Not against a shacket (I've just bought a khaki one in fact) or a loose fit, which is on trend bit I think the length is wrong and the drawstring waist cheapness it, the end result is frumpy and a bit bon marche IMO.

Oh dear. Even on that tall, skinny model who’s wearing heels and tiptoeing in that airbrushes photo, it doesn’t look good.

If you wear red lipstick, ever look anything even a bit less than immaculately clean and ironed and polished and basically perfect, I really don’t think it would be a good look. Sorry!

I think this is the most hideous item of clothing I've ever seen anyone post on Style & Beauty actually.

Are you new? Grin

I wouldn't wear it personally but I can see it working in the right person. I don't think it's bad at all.

I am definitely not here for bloody combat trousers coming back into fashion though. Loved them back in the day and stomped around 1998 like a member of All Saints but god no.

EnidButton · 06/05/2019 01:25

^ That was referring to the RI picture of the model in the jacket. I'm not just having random 90's flashbacks.

WoahThereMama · 06/05/2019 08:02

I like it but I do love a shacket.

nzeire · 06/05/2019 11:03

Crikey! Such hatred! I like it! It’s hardly an investment piece, enjoy it!!!!

SymbollocksInteractionism · 06/05/2019 11:06

Ocht if you like it wear it! We're not all the same and it would be a very boring world if we were.
I would wear it btw

LoafofSellotape · 06/05/2019 11:07

If you like it wear it!

Personally I think any animal print is a bit Bet Lynch.

Spicypizza · 06/05/2019 11:09

I love it!
