Good
Eyebrow shape and tint - changed my life Smile
0.5 lipfillers - very subtle but great
Botox - self explanatory

So-so
Teeth whitening - great but not worth the pain / sensitivity
LVL lashes - fine but not really noticeable. Still need mascara
Gel nails - great for an occasion but need the extra occasion to have the taken off when you realise how stupidly quickly nails grow.
Spray tan - I look better pale unless height of summer, then compared to everyone else I look like ghost.

BAD
Eyelash extensions. Faff, faff, faff. Look fake and you get a build up of gunk around the glue line.

Anyone else?

Good
Eyebrow shape/tint plus express lashes.
I don't have to faff with makeup in the mornings.

Gel nails
Love them. I do my own now.

Pedicures
Only proper ones where the therapist gets to work on the dry skin with a foot file.

So-so
Massages in beauty parlours
You get to snooze on a warm bed.

Bad
Facials
Made no real difference to my skin

Good
Covering my face in a thin layer of Vaseline before bed. Was very, very skeptical but woke up genuinely stunned at how great my skin looked. Do it every night now, after thoroughly cleansing and moisturising.

Manicures, pedicures and doing my own self tan, all three really lift my spirits too.

So so
Facials. Very relaxing but always irritate my skin afterwards

Bad
Waxing, apparently my leg hair is too fine so I end up left with loads still there. I've tried lots of different places too with the same result.
