If you want comfort the 2nd look better. Style wise they are suitable for an older lady, my mum's in her 70's and would like these.

I think they are really nice, I bought the pink flat ones that I showed you and they are so comfortable but I like flats. I get all my shoes from this site, they are much cheaper than in shops.
