GHD Glide - the new love of my life 💕

Just managed to get the Glide a couple of weeks ago after it being out of stock everywhere for agessss... and I LOVE IT!!

It probably doesn’t give quite as polished a look as straighteners, but for someone who hates styling their hair and want something quick and effective, it’s fabulous. It’s super quick, gives a lovely straight but natural finish, can also be used day 2 (and 3 😳) for revamping your hair and I don’t think it’ll cause half as much damage to hair as you’re not clamping down on it.

I love it so much I had to share 🥰

I love mine as well! Haven't touched my straighteners since I bought it 2 months ago. I hate washing and drying my hair so can get 4 days out of one wash and the GHD Glide maintains it well in between washes

Totally agree Jakadaal, My straighteners have gone into retirement. The Glide is quicker, easier and my hair is in much better condition - win all round 😊

I love mine. Normally wash my hair twice a week- these have extended my third day wash. They are not a replacement for straighteners though. More a super charged smoothing brush. It won't take out kinks etc but it will make your hair look done.

It's also a bit overpriced at £125. My hair is mud textured with a slight wave so I would imagine other posters might have finer hair. Recommend trying these out before buying as they won't suit all hair types.

I really want one! They're out of stock everywhere Shock

HappyGirlNow · 29/04/2019 10:36

helpmeplease yes I have (lots of) fine straight hair so it does me even for the first style 😊

elliss I waited ages too. If you use John Lewis you can input your email address and they’ll email you when it comes back in stock - it’s worth the wait! 😄
