Should I go to hairdresser tomo?

Only been to this hairdressers once before. I booked using their online system last time. At end of booking process, it said please wait for confirmation. Next day I got a confirmation email.

Today I used online booking system. Booked for 9.30am tomo. Same thing, at end of process said wait for final confirmation. Haven't heard anything. Salon closed at 9pm. Rang three times before then, and once after. No-one answered.

It will take me over an hour to get there (central London) and they don't open til 9.30am, so ringing in morning not a possibility.

Fyi - the 9.30 am slot with this stylist no longer showing as bookable. More info: I really, really like this stylist.

Is there any way that you can cancel the appointment on the system? I don't mean for you to actually cancel, I just mean that if you CAN cancel then that means the appointment has been made IYSWIM?

You don't register online. It looks really formal, but in reality it's more of a booking request system. So I can't cancel.

Yes I think you should go. If the slot was available to book before and now isn't I'd assume that's because it's yours.

I would have just gone in and explained what happened as they may be able to actually fit you in or book you a new appointment. 9:30am is a quiet time at a salon.
