Bathing costume to hold in "mumtum" and other jiggly bits

I had a depressing experience trying on swimming costumes at uniqlo yesterday. I'm not huge (10/12) by any means but my stomach is certainly not flat and hangs out. My arse has expanded and well everything jiggles. So where do I go for a more supportive costume that will hold it all in!

M&s do a “secret slimming” range to hold things in. Works well!

Acunningruse · 08/04/2019 11:21

Asda (George) do a range of tummy slimming ones which are fab, they hold you in but you can still breathe. Definitely rate them. And Sainsbury's at the weekend had a lovely rust colour swimming costume which said slimming/tummy control something like that on it.

I would second the Asda ones. I have the same issue, but I am more of a 12/14. They are flattering and really good quality and such a good price. Size down for Asda, I think.

Boden are good. Quite stylish, hold you in but tricky to get on and off.

Ohyesiam · 08/04/2019 12:46

I’ve got a speedo, but not the regular sorry ones. It’s black and looks quite glam, and man can it hold you in!
I got it on amazon. Much more flattering than the boden ones that hold you in. About £35.

Ohyesiam · 08/04/2019 12:46

Actually a bit cheaper I think.

WatchingTheWheels85 · 08/04/2019 13:29

Tk maxx do good hold in ones

Betty777 · 08/04/2019 15:25

another vote for Boden. some less kitschy styles on there too

Pengweng · 08/04/2019 15:40

Another vote for the Asda ones. I was pleasantly surprised by them.

CheesePuffTheMagicDragon · 08/04/2019 21:12

The Boden ones are the most high control swimming costumes I've ever had! They are a bit of a faff to get on and off, but they actually give me a waist, so I love them haha

Pollaidh · 08/04/2019 21:24

Boded hold everything in, need to wrestle them a bit, but they look great when on.

ChristianGreysAnatomy · 08/04/2019 22:08

Boden costumes are like a corset. A real wiggle to get into and they are expensive but they are totally great.

I'm going for a swim dress this year. Cover the lot up! Google them on shopping. There are so many beautiful styles..

This one from Sainsburys is really flattering. I think that the white band helps.

Miraclesuit

There is really nothing else like it in terms of control
