family bbq on sunday - dont know what to wear. i need a nice pair of jeans anyway

they have to be petite or the crotch hits my knees

tk max do lots of diesel jeans are reasonable prices. harvey nicks sale had some of those ones that everyone harps on about '7 for people with too much money'. i tried some on and couldn't see what the big deal was myself.

twofalls i like being small (5'1") except when yu see somehting nice, go to th epetite section to see if they have a petite version AND HTEY DONT

so you try on the regular size and the neck is below your bra and they crotch is at your knees

yes bundle

you can get 'petite' clothes in sizes 6-18 or whatever depending on what shop

you can be under 5'3" and still be size 16 or whatever

but petite clothes have to be different proportions ie shorter back, shorter hips to crotch etc iyswim

Absolutely, or you have to fold the cuffs back of a top like a kid who has to grow into her school blazer.

Have you had a look at this site? It is American but has a huge range of brands so might just give you some ideas.
