Dual/worldwide voltage Babyliss Big Hair (or similar) for holidays??

I’ve spent hours on Google, but you never know, it might be worth asking here! I’m going on a cruise in June, the ship has American voltage, so I need hair appliances that have dual/worldwide voltage. No problem to find a hair dryer that does this, but I’m desperate to find something like Babyliss Big Hair with dual voltage. Or failing that, a hot air styler that doesn’t rotate. I don’t want to have flat hair for the duration of my cruise!

I just plug mine in with an adapter plug. It runs with a bit less power, but have never had any problem with anything electric from hair straighteners to computers by using in US with an adapter.

I tried Big Hair in the US. Barely rotated and didn't even get warm. I bought an US version, as I went there often - but of course that does not make sense for one trip.
You could get a transformer. The trouble is though that Big Hair is 700W and the transformers that can handle this are generally quire bulky and expensive. You could get the Babyliss Sheer Volume though, that's IMHO better than Big Hair for volume, and only 125W. Step Up Converters that can hande up to 200W are usually more reasonably priced and sized.

Not sure if the one I linked is dual voltage but mine is.

Given there are so many dual voltage hairdryers, i'm surprised there are so few dual voltage hot air stylers - seems strange. I'm a bit useless at blow drying, and need my appliances!!!

winbinin I might consider buying the one you suggested, we seem to find ourselves in America ever few years, so it wouldn't be a waste of money. I really struggle without my Babyliss Big Hair, nothing else does the same job!

I bought the same winbin linked for US. Same as Big Hair. (but try the Sheer Volume too, you might like it even better)
