Can I wear flat shoes with this dress?

I’m wearing this dress to a ball. I usually choose floor length dresses and wear fancy flip flops (the leather and sparkles kind you get from accessorise), but I’m not sure I can get away with that with this length?

I would. Gorgeous colour dress and nice shape, too. I think it'll look fine with the right sparkly flip-flops.

I would wear flat gold or silver sandals with it, delicate strappy ones
